What is Kokoon Global?

Kokoon Global PLC (UK company 14078845) builds Advanced Wellness Clinics and planned Kokoon Prime Living homes. It is a big, happy place where people come to get healthier, stay strong as they grow older, and leave with a smile. Chairman Per Jacob Solli. CEO Magnus Häggbom.

When does wellness open?

Soft opening now. Real operations start in November 2026, step by step as the equipment arrives. Advanced treatments start only after a local licence — date not fixed.

What is the Medical Resort?

A planning flagship in Gran Canaria after the two clinics prove the concept. It is not part of the clinic opening. Planning numbers are shown after sign-in.

How do people become owners?

Kokoon is owned by family, friends and friends of friends. We know every owner by name. Companies everywhere pay people for introductions; it's nothing new. Kokoon does this too, for friends who become owners. It never costs the new owner a cent more, and Kokoon still meets and approves every owner. Owners see their holdings after sign-in. By personal invitation only, not offered to the public.

Is this a prospectus?

No. This site is not a prospectus, and it shows no audited past results. Detailed figures are for owners, after sign-in.

Does this site book clinic treatments?

No. Clinic booking and membership are on the Kokoon Clinic website.

Does Kokoon use bank loans?

No. Kokoon builds without bank loans, and no bank decides our future. Our clinics in Arguineguín were paid for by Kokoon and its owners. Every clinic after them is planned to be paid for in full by its members and our owners.

Is a membership a share in Kokoon?

No. Membership is for care. It is not a share in Kokoon.

What food will Kokoon serve?

Food will be at the heart of Kokoon Prime Living. It will be sourced locally and grown the original way: straight from local farmers and the sea, with no synthetic pesticides. Fields change crops and rest.
